Awakened Living
with Jan Lundy
Lovely ones,
Spring is creeping in and I've got the perfect "DAY-IN" for you to do a spring spruce up—within yourself and in your living space. And an idea for a perfect summer vacation!
Inviting all Great Lakes women to join me for an enlightening and nourishing day retreat:

"The Holiness of Home" on Saturday, April 23 in Grand Rapids, MI.
As women's roles and lives continue to expand outside the home, we may lose touch with the sacredness of everyday life there. "Home" may feel burdensome rather than nurturing. Yet, the Sacred is alive and well in the mundane, even in housekeeping! Together, we'll cultivate a new relationship with our homes, uncover the Holy in the ordinary, and make strides toward creating a sacred environment for ourselves and our loved ones, including designing a personal meditation/prayer space.

(This is an intimate retreat limited to 7-12 women.
4 spaces (single rooms) remaining. Sign up soon.)

What are you doing on your
summer vacation?
Would you like to come on retreat with me?
"The Kindest Thing" Retreat in August could be calling your name. If you are looking for an intimate retreat, deep relaxation, rest, fun, and high vibration "real food"— all in a first class setting—this is it!

"Trip to Bountiful: Nourishing Your Inner Spaces"

August 4-7
Thursday (3:00 pm) through Sunday noon

Inn at the Rustic Gate, Big Rapids, MI
Nourishing body, mind, heart and soul is our program focus for this 4-day self-compassion based summer event. We'll explore what true "nourishment" means and how you can best nourish your whole self in the kindest way possible. Summer is the most magnificent time in Michigan with abundant flora, fauna and food crops, so this retreat includes a special "Trip to Bountiful": a visit to a local Amish farm (appropriately named "Bountiful") to experience gentle Amish life-ways, respect of Earth, and spirituality. We'll visit the Amish farmer's market, shop, and receive a cooking lesson from Chef Sharon back at the Inn, preparing and eating food purchased at the market for our lunch. Other rejuvenating activities include making soul cards, labyrinth walk/dance, gentle hikes, Guided Meditations, evening bonfire with smores, and more. (All activities are optional.) This extended retreat can provide the deep nourishment your whole self needs!

Join me for this small group "farm-to-table-to-heart" experience like no other.

Sending my love to you as always ... and wishing you peace of body, mind, heart and soul.

Jan
