Mother's Day is right around the corner and I've been thinking about what it means to "mother" someone—and "mother" yourself! 

This week's video offers a unique perspective on the topic and offers a few questions for you to consider about how you can mother yourself as an act of self-compassion. Remember, you are as deserving of loving-kindness as anyone walking the earth today. You are precious. Tend to yourself well!
