Interactive but contemplative
group sessions in the art and science of self-compassion. Time is spent in reflection, loving-kindness practice, breath & body awareness, creative expression, journaling, enjoying nature, walking the labyrinth, and more.
This is an intimate retreat experience with personal attention and is designed to accommodate only 7-10
women. (Non-sectarian and inter-spiritual in focus.)
