Even with the best of intentions, sometimes we just can't make ourself do the right thing, the kindest thing—i.e. what's truly good for us.
Like giving up the bad habit. Or changing that negative thought pattern. Or not allowing a harmful emotion to
run us. We're stuck in a rut and even though we know it's TIME to break through, we simply can't. Or we try with all our might to escape its clutches but we don't. In frustration, we keep doing the same things over and over again.
