Welcome to this week's self-compassion video.
My journey into greater self-compassion began with learning how to care for myself ... TRULY care for myself using a "whole person" approach to self-care. I felt so parched and dry (burned out!), I hardly knew where to begin.
In today's
video, I invite you to transparently determine if you are taking good care of yourself—your whole self—body, mind, heart and spirit.
Because I know that whole self-care is tricky business these days (we are just far too busy to do a good job at this!), I believe it's helpful to break down
this process into tiny steps, "Baby Steps", I call them.
Today's video lays the groundwork for you to make this happen.
