I hope today's message touches your heart. If we profess the importance of loving one another, it is good and wise for us to truly walk our talk about this: to love the ones we're with. 

When we are not present to ourselves—busy and distracted—how can we be truly present to others? 


May you know the healing power of self-compassionate presence so you can be lovingly kind to others too!
