How to polish up your soul in December

Dear Wise One,
I know you are a light-filled person. I am too. But sometimes our inner light can dim, especially when we get too busy. In the rush of the holiday season it's easy to get disconnected from what matters most. 

That's why I created this beautiful (short, but powerful!) period of spiritual practice: "Bearing the Light." 12 days, 12 rituals, 12 prayers and 12 gifts from the Spirit, all to keep us focused on the Sacred. We'll be resting in our inner light, basking in Divine Light, and sending our light and love out into the world for all who need it. This holiday Sadhana is guaranteed to help you stay attuned to "the reason for the season." 
 
I believe that the greatest obstacle to being grounded and centered right now is not having a solid spiritual practice AND distraction. The perception of "so much to do in so little time" is a falsehood.

A solid spiritual endeavor like "Bearing the Light" can happen in as little as 5 minutes a day. We simply must make time for our spiritual life and cultivating the virtues of the Spirit. 

​​​​​​​Just imagine how different the world would be if every single one of us had a 5-minute a day spiritual practice!
