I have now completed 26 "Kindest Thing" videos on how to live more gently and
self-compassionately with ourselves, and I think we are COMPLETE!
I appreciate all of the kind thoughts and thank you messages I've received about this series. I am glad that you've found guidance through them. Hopefully, you
are FEELING more patient and gentle with yourself, especially during difficult times.
My next step is to catalog the videos, choosing the best ones to house on You Tube. In 2017, I also plan to create another
30-day guidebook, on—what else?—self-compassion.
In the meantime, I am going to be returning to a monthly video/audio format with my newsletter.
Right now, my energies are focused on spiritual direction, planning my 2017 events offerings, and also completing my DMin (Doctor of Ministry) in Spiritual Direction. I have been studying through the Graduate Theological Foundation in Indiana. My final coursework needs to be completed by Feb. 8, so I am in the homestretch! Sending out just one newsletter per month will free me up to make the deadline! Thank you for your understanding and
