Lovely One,

I do NOT believe in New Year's resolutions. What I do believe in—something that is VERY important for us to do this time of year—is to come back to "center".

Your center is:
your inner home
your source of truth
your connection with the divine
your landscape of love
your place of peace

How much time do you spend in your sacred center each day? If you're a sensitive soul like me, the chaos and drama of the world can suck you right in. Unless we are firmly rooted in our center, we can feel stressed, depressed, anxious or overwhelmed by the world. Off-kilter! The only way to live these days is from our center—from the inside out

January is the perfect time to Reorient yourself, come back to center, so you can Remember why you're here and how you are meant to live.

On Saturday, Jan. 21 I am holding a day retreat in Grand Rapids which will help you get you back in touch with this center ... with your spiritual values and practices ... with the divine as you know it.  Please consider joining me!

2017 could be your most healing, peaceful, joy-filled year yet IF you stay in your center. I hope you will allow me to companion you back to your heart of hearts.

"A too-busy, distracted, and unfocused life also kills the power of imagination, an essential part of any healthy life. If we cannot imagine what we dream or passionately desire, we will never be able to realize it."

"The analogy of the building of an interior temple, a temple of the heart, as a house for the Divine is a useful description of the work involved in creating the inner life, a living spiritual life."

Wishing you love, peace and joy in all things,

Jan
