Nourish Your Whole and Holy Self
The Kindest Thing 4 - Day Retreat!
August 3-6
Thursday - Sunday (noon)

(Check in as early as 3:00 p.m.)
Inn at the Rustic Gate, Big Rapids, MI

Nourishing your whole and holy self is the program focus for this 4-day summer event., with special emphasis on nourishing your creativity. Theologian Matthew Fox wrote, "Creativity is where the Divine and human meet." We'll explore ways to creatively nourish ourselves with beauty (nature), food, prayer, meditation and creative expression. We'll take a field trip to local Amish farms to shop, then receive a creative cooking lesson from Chef Sharon back at the Inn, preparing healthy, local foods. Other rejuvenating activities include making Soul Cards, labyrinth walk, gentle hikes, Guided Meditations, evening bonfires, and more. This extended retreat can provide the deep rest and nourishment for which your soul longs!
(2 shared or single rooms left!)

I can help you create a deliciously calm and soul-FULL summer for yourself! Contact me if you have questions about the day retreat or the 4-day retreat. I'd love to spend time in Presence with you.
Blessings and all GOOD things to you,
