Do you believe in the truth of The Golden Rule?

Published: Thu, 09/21/17

Greetings, Spiritual Friend, did you know ...

The Golden Rule espoused by Christianity is also found in each of the world's major religious traditions: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." We can benefit from these versions of this precept as well:

Buddhism: Hurt not others in ways that you yourself would find hurtful.

Islam: No one is a believer until you desire for another that which you desire for yourself.

Judaism: What is hateful to you do not do to your neighbor. That is the entire Torah. The rest is commentary. Go and learn.

Sikkhism: Be not estranged from one another for God dwells in every heart.

Bahai: Blessed are those who prefer others before themselves.

And more ...

Knowing this, may we keep our minds and hearts ever open to those with whom we walk the earth.

Soon I'll be inviting you to join me to do exactly that by
"stepping into the stream"

I'll provide details about my new Autumn online offering
early next week.
Please stay tuned.
Class will begin Tuesday, Oct. 3.

And to do as Rabbi Rami Shapiro attests, "work for the spiritual liberation of humankind."
