How to end your own pain and suffering - Feb. News

Dear Spiritual Friend,

It's Monday, a strange time to send an e-mail to you but I'm wondering about something. Are Mondays difficult for you? Bluesy? Pressure-filled? Do you dread things you know you'll have to deal with this week?

If your answer is yes, I have a solution that can help.
Yes, it's true. "Loving Yourself More" is a better way to deal with life "as it is" by actually being kinder and gentler with yourself. This February, I'd like to invite you to explore this with me. Loving yourself more is a powerful non-egoic way to live with Spirit at the helm!
True Confession Time
I always thought I loved myself enough - enough to get by and feel pretty good about myself and my life. The truth of the matter is, I still struggle with this—even at my age! I'm still working at it, uncovering the "hidden meannesses," all the ways I don't love myself enough. Yet.
Everyone's Meannesses Are Unique
There comes a time, I believe, when we must look ourselves in the mirror and transparently say "what is". Our unique "what is" will reveal the ways we are still not being as kind and generous with ourselves as we are with others.
Let Spirit Show the Way
What I've discovered is that if I have the transparency and courage to acknowledge the ways that I am STILL not honoring my spirit—aka, "inner meannesses"—then I can bring the Divine into this process and healing will happen.

I believe we can do even THIS process kindly and gently. Through breath, meditation, and prayer, we can release anything that keeps us stuck in pain and suffering, and experience real freedom. Ah, relief!
On Wednesday, you will receive an invitation to join me for a short, but powerful, 21-day experience of breath, meditation, and prayer that will guide you toward healing and wholeness by ...
Loving Yourself - More!
I do hope you will consider joining me so your February can be more love-filled.

Wouldn't it be wonderful—with forthright tenderness—to see yourself with Sacred Vision?

And, as you know, doing this paves the way to loving others more. Magnificent!

p.s. In the meantime, the "Year of Living Gently" continues and here's my latest BLOG post. It's all about loving yourself. It might speak to your heart!

Loving YOU more,
Jan
