Do you honor what your body tells you?

Dear Spiritual Friend,

Do you honor what your body tells you?

I believe that the body is our gateway to practical knowledge as well as inner wisdom. If we know how to listen to our body, we know which path will guide us toward peace of mind.

But if we are moving too fast, working too hard, not getting enough sleep to think clearly, we ignore our body's signals which so often say,
"Dear girl, stop, take a breath and pay attention to what I am trying to tell you."
Your body is a sacred vessel, created by the divine. You honor it when you listen to what it has to say. Knowing HOW to listen is important. Actually taking the TIME to listen is key.

When I HAVE taken the time to listen, I've learned all kinds of things: to stop pushing myself, to rest, to forgive, to get up and move!, to release my worries, to trust, and so much  more.
I can help you listen better too. In February, for 21 days, I am guiding you (literally, with my voice) into silence so you can hear the sacred wisdom that your body, mind and heart want you to hear.

Taking the time to listen—for as little as 5 minutes a day—may be the most self-loving gesture you can make.

My new offering (which starts today), "Loving Yourself More," is a gentle path of attuning to the Sacred in you so you know what you need to live well and be happy.

Are you honoring Lent? Consider this 21-day period of practice as "giving up" what holds you back from living as your truest self in God. AND growing into the version of yourself that serves the divine in the world by being of benefit to others. Ooooh, that's good!

Peace be upon you.
