There is such a thing as a "Blue Christmas." I heard about it years ago when my friend Nancy told me that her church had a "Blue Christmas" service each year. It was designed to support those who had lost loved ones and others who
might struggle with feeling cheery this time of year.
I have a positive solution if you are someone who might feel like Christmas is a bluetime, rather than a Ho Ho Ho time.
My new December offering,"Making Everyday Sacred: A Daily Alphabet of Peace, Love and
Joy" holds the promise of healing and hope by turning your attention toward "the Light." Uplifting daily guidance and innovative practices can help you cope well (maybe even transform?) a potentially Blue Christmas into one that is more merry and bright.
Visit this webpage to learn how you can receive the first of 27 empowering messages right away, and then one each day after that. Learn how to "Make Everyday Sacred" —no matter how you're feeling, whether it's stressed, overwhelmed, or blue.
I've also set up a special conversation area on my website so the participants of "Making Everyday Sacred" can connect and support one another during this very special time of year. Please join us because it would be a very Blue Christmas without YOU!
