Even though many folks turn a cynical eye toward Valentine's Day, I actually love this holiday for spiritual reasons.
I hear people say that Valentine's Day is off base because we should love our people all year long—not just one day of the year—and I agree.
But you know what? I know how my mind works—the people I love can fall off my radar—and I need something to point me back toward expressing my love.
I also know how my heart can close off—it does on occasion!—so Feb. 14 reminds me to take care of this problem (pronto!) and do all I can to open my heart as wide as it can go.
I ALSO know that I can get very heart sick about what is happening in the world and I can lose "that lovin' feeling."
If this happens to you, and you want to point yourself back toward Love this February, or at least move from a "stuff it down heart" to an more open one, I have two things that can help.
In 2016, I offered a 2 week Sadhana (period of spiritual practice) around the theme of "Being Love."
I have now bundled this hefty experience of BIG LOVE up into a downloadable program for you to do at home. If you believe your highest calling in life is to love, this program is for you.
Go at your own pace. Begin today or any day in February. Enjoy 14-inspiring lessons, 2 videos and 10 audios (including Guided Meditations) to cultivate a heart as wide as the world.
Together, we can move back into the landscape of Love—and bring a loving presence into our very fractured world. We can BE LOVE.
